Welcome to the United Methodist Church of Peekskill Website!
Whether you stumbled on us or have set out to visit us, we appreciate your interest and desire to know more about us. Perhaps you are looking for a church home, and are curious about our beliefs, mission, ministries, and worship style. We hope that the available links and pages provided on our easily navigable website will provide you with the answers needed.
But for starters, we are a multicultural, intergenerational church of African Americans, Euro Americans, Africans and Caribbean, from all walks of life and 0 years old to ---, let's say the "wisdom filled" years of silver grey maturity. We are a church whose hearts, minds and doors are open to "whosoever will come" and we are committed to speaking the language of love and acceptance in praise and obedience to Christ, who we exalt and lift high as our Lord and Savior.
Now we are curious about you too, and would love to get to know you, so why not come and refresh yourself in the Lord with us? Our Sunday service is at 11:00 AM, so come and see and who knows what may come of it. In God's providence, many of our visitors have been known to change status from visitor to congregant!
